Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration Canada in collaboration with the Office of the orientation of persons who have been qualified overseas (Foreign Credentials Referral Office) and the coordinating body of The Alliance of Sector Councils, has recently launched a new Internet portal designed to help Canadian employers to find workers abroad.

Ministry officials argue that, despite the high degree of employment of foreigners in comparison with the employment of local residents, the process is simpler than it might seem. Objective Employer "s Roadmap – provide employers with all necessary information and help find new employees abroad.
The site offers information about the advantages of hiring foreigners adopting aspects of their work, about how to assess their skills and competencies, how to keep a team of staff with different professional and cultural qualities, and how to help them assimilate into the country.
